Last night i lost sleep,because i don't know how to face them.
This morning i write these message, maybe it is special, but so bad.
Yesterday i known my friend also like him,unexpectedly we like the same man,but she don't know my feeling.
i must pretend my feels to hear her mood,so i don't know how to do with it.
now it is second time for me to met the same trobule, last time because of friend, i give up him, now i also do with it in the same way, right?

Eeek. This is probably why I have no friends that are girls.
In this situation I would probably have been straight up honest with her when she told you she liked the guy. You should have said you liked him as well. That's when most girls should just forget about it for the sake of the friendship. However, if she's done this to you before, then I don't know why it matters to you. I would pursue the guy and ask if he reciprocates the feelings. She got the last one, it's your turn!

if i said to her, and i will lose friends forever.
now i don't know that guy feels
still think over this question, maybe i should give up him, should keep some distance.

wait there's nothing wrong with liking the same person. i've also got a friend like that. we both like the same guy.
i just wanna ask, does that guy somehow likes one of you?
