could we change some information about ourselves on microworkers?

i have been waiting for my pin letter since April, but it has not reached me yet, i think it must be lost. before i make another request, i want to know some things first, i hope someone can give me some help. thanks first. i have use english in all the information about myself in that site, and i know from other citizens that it is better to only put the name and the province in english, while leave the more detailed address in chinese, it will make it much easier to get the letter. my question is : could i make some changes in my address, i mean change the english into chinese for the detailed address? do this site permit? could i make it after explain? another question is, how to make another pin requst?it is click withdrawl again?
