Racism, intolerance, or prejudice?

Its funny how different people in different places act so different and intolerent of new people. They dont always have to act agressive to single the new person out. But this happens in schools(mainly middle school and highschool)all across America. It isnt right, all new people should be welcomed with a sense of comfort and trust. Even the most shy people would most probably open up to people if someone came and talked to them, because it isnt that easy for some people to move into a completely new enviroment and make friends or meet people.

I agree. This also happens on a smaller scale of society like in the workplace. Just earlier there were new employees hanging out at our floor and my co-workers (not friends) dissed them like they don't belong there. You really have to choose who you hang out with because people can @ssholes, really.

That is stupid, people are @ssholes but can be good at not showing it around people they want to impress

Yes. Another point I want to agree on. These people only show their best foot when in front of our boss.
