about 5 small buns of bread everyday (pandesal in Philippines), about 2cups of rice at lunch, twice of eating snacks (one at around 2pm and the other at around 4pm) another 1 1/2-2cups of rice at dinner, and a midnight snack. when im depressed or simply pissed off, i eat, when im bored, i eat, when i saw some food and i missed that kind of food i eat it. my waistline is 26. im super thin, literally. i only got little belly fats. basically, im problematic of these 2 things: 1.) im super thin though i eat a lot and do super less exercise 2.)i want to get a good eating habit and not just eat and eat, but i dont know how to do it. i dont want to see myself fat someday. im telling myself "i wont eat, i wont eat" especially when it's not yet eating time and im not hungry, but i just cant help it.... dont know what to do....

It sounds like you have a eating problem.I would advise you to start eating 5-6 small meals aday. This way about 4-5 hours your system has a healthy snack to digest. This keeps your system working and you won't be so apt to be hungry and eating all the time.

Eat fruit in the morning to break your fast. Helps cleanse your body. Drink lots of water too.

I thinks that is not an eating I agree with some people who comment here that there are some people who does not gain weight even if they always eat and maybe its in your genes.Try to observe your relatives and family if there are someone who have a problem like you have.I only know 2 eating problem which are the anorexia nervosa and anorexia bulimia.Try to research about it for some information, anorexia nervosa patient's eat less and exercise vigorously to loss weight they are also very thin and they are not aware of their problem. They are afraid to be fat and they see their self as fat even if they are very thin.Anorexia bulimia it too much in secret but again they just vomit it or use enemas to eliminate what they eat and they are aware of their problem they are also slim. I don't think you have any of this two health problem based on your data given. If do you think you have really a problem so consult a doctor so that it can be manage early and so that he can give you some tips about your diet.Hope this one will help.

It's in the matter of deciding that we really want to change our eating habits, guts and discipline are all what it takes. Be determine about it and you'll succeed for sure. I am speaking from my own experience. Before I am really over weight for my height and age, and i gain fat related disease, and even I take slimming pills, there's no use at all because I go back to my bad eating habits, until I decided really to change. Now, gradually I loose weight. It takes right motive, discipline and guts.

Lord knows how much I obsessed about my weight when I was younger and it seemed like the more I wanted to lose weight, the more I ended up eating. When I stopped focusing on the weightloss aspect of it, the easier it was for me to make the right decisions as far as my health was concerned. These days, I only get insane cravings when I'm about to get my period but that's pretty controllable now as well. I guess if you really can't help yourself, opt for healthier snacks that way you won't feel so guilty and beat yourself up over it.

Maybe your metabolism is so fast that you are super thin, though you eat a lot. Good for you that your not gaining weight unlike me if I don't exercise and at the same time don't do my diet, surely I will go back to my original sedentary weight. Just eat the right kind of food and eat in moderation so that you will not gaining too much of belly fat. But if your very skinny at the moment then I guess there's is no problem with that.

I don't think there's something wrong with your eating habits. Perhaps you just need to let go of the thought of having problems eating because you don't. Just don't eat a lot of junk foods. There really are genes that allow some people to be thin even though they eat a lot. But there are others that can't seem to shed off some weight no matter what. Have a great MyLot experience!

Nothing to worry as long as you are healthy and not sickly. Maybe you will gain more weight as you age. I am also an average body built when i was younger,my waistline is 25-26 even after giving birth (i have 3 kids) But when i aged and reached my 30's,i started gaining weight. Now i eat less because i don't want to get fat ,thu i am a bit chubby, but not too fat. Just eat the right food and avoid junk foods to keep yourself healthy and fit. have a great weekend

The quantity u have said is quite reasonable for a person of your age. You can eat that much and something more also. regarding that you are very thin -- this again is due to genes. If ur parents have been thin then most probably u will be thin whatever u eat unless it is junk food with fat. You are worrying about eating because u are not keeping urself busy with important work all the time. If u have important work, u will not remember about food. have a good day.

We're on the same track. Don't worry about it because your metabolism is working too fast for you. It's soo good that you eat a lot and nothing happens. Be thankful then. Just be sure that you're eating delicious foods. :)
