Needing financial help for my 6 year old Golden Retriever!

My Golden Retriever Emma Sue is in need of a hip surgery because she has severe hip dysplasia. It is a very expensive surgery and I can't afford the cost upfront! The place I work does not accept "Care Credit" for this surgery. I want to ask everyone if anyone knows of a place that will pay for some of this surgery? Like a fund or something like that. Any information would be great appreciated! Thank you.
