The recipe of happiness

Is there a way to transform your life, making it better so you can enjoy it? In my situation i think it's not worth living anymore...i have no money nor a car which equals no girlfriend. I have a bank loan, and i can barely pay my monthly debt. Can anyone give an advice?

If your happiness comes from material things then you have a lot of reasons to be depressed about. Also if you have a negative mentality, then you really can't get out of the big hole that you're in. Instead of sulking and thinking that you have no future, why not make your time productive? If have heard of praying and if you haven't done that yet, now is the good time to start. If you believe that nothing is impossible with God, He will get you out of your misery. Have a positive mental attitude. If the negativity can break you, the positivity will save you. Goodluck!

You must be really depress. Just chill it out. I don't have money and car but i do have a boyfriend. So what if you don't have those material things for as long a yo live. Just try to look at the brighter side and be happy. be thankful to God for he have given you the life. And work harder for you to have more money. :)

They say that the law of attraction is very real. When you believe in it then it shall happen. I also think that this works. I always believed in happy endings and I am looking forward to it. I think that no matter how beautiful things are now, someway somehow something will go wrong so we should just keep on moving forward.

I have a tips from the source I have ever read. 9 Tips for happier life 1. Do not fear and worry. Feelings of fear and worry is not the mind of our most productive. Most of the things we worry about or fear never happen. So what are we worried and afraid? 2. Never Saving Revenge. Revenge is the biggest thing and it will be the heaviest burden if we keep it in your heart. Would you take him for life?... I don't think so. Do not waste your energy with a grudge, It is definitely not pointless. Please use your energy to positive things 3. Focus On The Issues. If we have some problems, finish our problems one by one. Do not think of resolve the problem as well it will make us even more stressful. 4. Do Not Bring Your Problem Into Your Sleep. The problem is very bad for the health of our sleep. Our subconscious mind is an incredible thing that can make us nervous and we are not sleeping soundly. 5. Do Not Take The Largest Portion of Other People Problem to Complete. Helping others who are in trouble is a noble thing, but if we take the largest share the problems of others is precisely that the biggest mistake. Let the person who solve their own problems with the largest portion. 6. Do Not Live In The Past. Perhaps it is comfortable for us to remember things that are pleasing in the past but do not you fall a sleep in it. Concentrate with what happen today, because we will be able to feel a lot happiness in the moment. I'm sure we'll have a feeling happier than we celebrate what is happening today than remembering happiness read in the past. 7. Be a Good Listener. Probably most people including me :) hard to be a good listeners. On the contrary we expect others to listen to us, but actually to learn to listen to others, we will get a lot of few things that can be very useful for the happiness of our lives. 8. Do not Let Frustration Setting and even Disrupting Your Life. Have mercy on us more than anything, I mean is we should not give in to frustration. Forward. Take positive actions and do it consistently. 9. Always Thankful Grateful and thankful for everything we get, not just the positive but also negative things, because I believe that behind every negative thing is there are good things we can learn.
