Assets to have a successful life..

Not afraid of failing, adventurous and opened to criticism. If one is short of any of these attributes, they won't succeed in life. It's only from criticism, that we learned from mistakes, correct them and move on. Nobody attains success overnight, and that's where we picked ourself up after each failure, try again. When one channel is closed, we should explore other possible channels, and being adventurous, that's how we stand out among us.

A young person needs to have determination to study hard in order to get excellent qualities. Think of my job which is teaching I also needed to have that skill. So the young person will need to develop skills for his or her future profession. The determination will carry on in the young person's career. At university I leaned 3% are movers and shakers, 17% are plodders and the rest are steady workers. The movers and shakers have much determination to do well and are successful because they know exactly what they want. Many of the steady workers are quite successful. The plodders are lazy and don't seem to achieve much in life.

It is important to be able to socialize and make friends because having friends will strengthen the person emotionally, financially even spiritually.
