Who tried to buy referrals in clixsense here? Are you earning money from the referrals that you buy?

I have not had good luck buying referrals so I have invested a small sum at some tites that upgrade for little money and get my referrals by trading sites with other real people.

I've never tried yet to buy referrals but i heard that if you buy some referrals that are active then it's okay you can earn then. I was trying to give that one a try but I'm afraid, what if the referrals i buy was not active.
