June 19 is Father's Day, a day to commemorate our father, this is an opportunity to thank them especially those father who remain a responsible father to his family, a good-provider to the needs of his children, a loving husband to his wife, all these qualities I see in my father, that is why in this Father's Day I miss him more. My father has gone already, and I feel he is with the Lord already, that alone made be feel great for I know that he is at peace now, yet continue to watch over us. To my dear father, I know you are reading these, WE LOVE YOU PA!

I thank those people who saw the need to set June 19th as fathers day. Many of us would recall the great support our father gave to us while at school such as paying our school fees, providing money for feeding of the household and giving all the children all the moral support to live successful life.
Therefore, I am happy that our daddy are being remember on a great day like this.

we need to appreciate to this day.
Because lashtite are always children and mothers.
Fathers are those who bring money home and care for the mother along with all the needs of children.
So this Father's Day let's all say a thank to your father and your mother too.
Because life without parents is difficult.
You should appreciate every one of them the required days and thereafter.
Have a nice day!

Aww I am sorry to hear that fathers day will be so hard for you. I know if I lost my father that every fathers day after that would be very hard. When my husband was alive we celebrated fathers day with him and my family and my sister and mother and all our kids. Now that my husband is gone it will just be my father and all of us. Tomorrow we are going to take some flowers to my husbands grave and then having a yard sale. Nothing exciting like it used to be.

I miss my father too. He left us 16 years back when he followed mom who left one year ahead of him. We were both young at that time. We always miss them.
Now it's another father's day when what we have memories of him. Happy father's day to your father too :-)

Oh, sad to hear that. Everything happens for a reason, and if God took them away from you for sure the Lord will take their place to guide you in life. Have more faith, God be with you always.

Hi Ihenpaule. You are right your father is in heaven with the LORD. He is no longer feeling any thing that would make him sad he is a young man again and having a great time in peace with God. My dad passed away many many years ago and I know one day I will see him in heaven.

I have the same belief. Both our fathers are with the Lord, so at peace and definitely happy. I also have the same hope as yours that one day, in God's time, I will see him and be with him in God's kingdom. Thanks for sharing with me. God bless us.

I know this because it says it in the bible when the silver cord breaks then we instantly go to the FATHER (meaning God). Also because I got hit by a car many years ago and stood at heavens gates and know that is what happens to those of us that pass on. Your welcome my friend and God bless you with the knowledge of Gods love for all of us!

I am sad I couldn't go back my hometown to celebrate this meaningful day with my dad. I hope I wouldn't disappoint him much, not only today, but in the future as well. For me, dad has same importance with mum. Both of them give me a life in this wonderful Earth.

For sure your parents will understand if you can't be with them personally, but then a call will definitely make them happy too. Thanks & Happy MyLotting!
