Do you think mediation helps us to achieve anything which we need in our life. I realized it when i was studying in school, i am a most dull student and i score just an average marks only. My best friend came to know about a meditation center and he joined there and also he suggested me to join with him which i am accepted and started to go with him. In few days i started to shine, and my concentration power had developed and it helped me to score more marks.. But after that i stopped doing meditation due to my laziness.. But i have planned to start again now.. But some of my other friends recommends me to meditate on earth, sky, ocean, and nine planets which i am not clear with it, can you please give me an elaborate explanation in this regard.

I don't think that what I am doing is really meditation per se, but I do spend some time before I sleep to review in my mind the things that I did the whole day, and then try to process them and glean lessons from them. I also try to read relevant books to help me put them, in a manner of speaking, in the "proper slot" of my life. I have found this practice to be relaxing before I put in for the night. It also puts me in the mood to tackle the next day as another new day of challenge and adventure.

Great ! Recollecting the things which happened in the whole day at night time while sleeping is a good habit which really helps us to troubleshoot for our every next day.. Thanks for suggested me by sharing the nice things which you do in your life regularly :)

I try to meditate but I always fall asleep. Maybe it's because I do it when I am laying in bed before I go to sleep.

In the beginning we really fall asleep, Also we lose our concentration like an imagination about something, our mind will be running about any other things which happened in our life. But it will be alright if you keep on doing meditation regularly

I have not tried it so I cannot give a personal account as to the advantage of meditation. But I do have friends who told me that it really does provide an advantage in life. Not only it does develop our brain but also our physical health. With respect to meditating in a natural environment, perhaps its also better considering that you have nature as your partner. Although, in a way, inside in a room being alone can also be effective. Nevertheless, I guess it is all up to you, for as long as it works, then go for it...

I think meditation makes our minds in focus, relax, calm making our activities, task, job well done.there are many types of meditation techniques, which ever you want to practice it depends on what you want to achieve.whether you meditate for mental power, spiritual, healing, breathing etc.

Yes you are correct. Meditation really helps us in many ways like relaxation, concentration, etc., But it should be a regular one in our life. We should allocate time for meditate daily which i was not supposed to do so. This is also a main reason that i am suffering now. Also i feel quite difficult to bring my concentration while meditate. But i hope i will do it perfectly in few days.. Thanks so much for your response

When I meditate I do it mostly by reading books. I try to find good books, read some passages and then meditate on them. That is, I think a while about what I have read and keep my mind on it. However, there are many forms of meditation practiced in the entire world. Through meditation can be achieved a kind of inner force, because you can keep away other thoughts from your mind. This is due to the concentration one achieves. I suppose to think about heaven, earth, ocean and the planets, we have to perceive them with our senses. Then we should think about the fillings they give us. We may also read something about those objects.

hmm i don't think so - the best way to win and achieve at something is to work very hard ... cause you'd felt much better after winning something by hardwork rather than depending on the astral configuration or stuffs like earth, sky, ocean an planets. while meditating ,someone else is working hard to make something great !!
