Dust Allergy

i am allergic to dust. i often get sneezing while cleaning my room. Some times leaves me severe cold and fever. Today i took Allegra Tablet. Is it a good medicine or is there any other good medicines for that? i am yet to consult a doctor. What is the basic and best remedy for that?
is there any other with the same trouble like me?

For dust allergy I take Avil 25 mg. If sneezing doesn't subside then I take cetrizine - (differenet tablets are there in the market--CZ5 etc.)Some people get drowsiness.
If u have got cured with allegra then it is fine. Again do not expose to dust. In fact yesterday night I had dry cough -possibly due to allergy - I took Halls lozenges,cough syrup and Benz tablet. of course I slept well after 5 am. For me a retired person it is ok. But for people like you who are working/studying take care that u do not expose to dust, avoid sweets, avoid cold food . have a good day.
