hi dear friend, my marriage was in a hush hush and rush rush. i have not got any bridal dress as it is said or named. my hubby bought a saree ( indian dress) for me. it is good but now i am married for six years and i liked it just that day., i am too bored to even look at it. now actually i am bored in my personal life also, so i think that also matters in this situation. when a person is happy he or she likes and remembers all the memories and enjoy telling and sharing them with all. but mine is not so. i am too bored up in my life. i am staying in a relationship because i dont have an outlet. i cant move out . we have a baby also and we both love her too much. i wore that thing one more time on some of my relatives wedding. and that too for just fifteen or twenty minutes. then i changed it. i think i will never ever make anything out of that. and anything of my baby, NEVER, i will rather buy her new.

I kept mine for several years then finally donated mine to Good will. Though it was stored away nicely, I was sure my daughter would not have used mine and being that I was no longer married I figured someone else could use it.

Same as the others, it is still present in my closet and i actually use it sometimes during special occasion in the church.
Wondering what kind of wedding dress i have?
It's actually a very simple design one, Our wedding with my husband was held at the beach last November 2006. The dress is actually Hawaiian or any formal clothes that would suit at the beach. Mine is actually white with a mint green lining. The rests of our guests wore colorful beach dresses.

I got married in September 2005. I never had wanted the traditional white bridal gown and got my dream fulfilled. I had a tailored two piece, skirt and shirt type, made from royal blue velvet with lace deco. It was pretty and frankly, being over 40 when I got married I didnt care what others think about me fulfilling my personal dream.
I can still wear that to formal occasions should there be the need to do so and its stored away in the closet.

I had my dress professionally cleaned and boxed up on a form in one of those display boxes. I kept it around for many years, through a few moves, because I didn't think it was right to get rid of it. Finally, I was having the basement renovated in my current house and I just couldn't handle having to find yet another place for that big bulky box. I opened the seal and showed it to my daughters. It actually fit my older daughter, too! However, neither expressed any interest in me keeping it around for them so I ended up donating it to the drama department of the high school and they have used it in several productions so far :)
