Why it is hard to concentrate to review..

hi ynahh1, for you to be focused on your study, you first need to find a quite place with enough lighting, comfortable chair and the room temperature is cool. you need to condition your brain in studying. before i took my licensure exams, i always did that, and i read a lot in that place i said. it was my review room :D i couldnt concentrate if there's noise and if its too hot.. apart from that, enough sleep or catnaps lets me stay on focus and also proper meal. unless i meet those what i have said above, nothing will be stored in my mind :( as for you, you have to assess yourself what are the ways that help you focus and also you have to discipline yourself that no more FB or other online stuffs in studying, its really a great distraction, i am guilty of it. :p
