I would just like to share my good experience with Unionbank's Eon Card.
Last week I withdrew my PayPal balance to my Eon card. I was at first kind of nervous because that was a big sum of money. To my surprise, I received my money on the 3rd day from the day I requested payout. There was also no charge for this activity.
I would assume they will only charge if your withdrawal is less than Php 7,000. So, I am now convinced that Eon card is something you can trust. It's a go! You can have your PayPal account verified through Unionbank Eon card.

Hello IP,
NOW HOW COME I DIDN'T think of giving that kind of gratitude
I have been a user of Union Eon Card for three years and i am on the verge of replacing my card since it's a 9/11 expiration. i have been withdrawing mine for a long time. i never left any cent except some dollars which i will need to replace my card before the expiration date. i hope they can be like this and doesn't change their rules for future years to come.
I think knowing they're main is really in the US, there's no problem connecting that to paypal.

That's nice to hear that you've had several cash-outs through Eon card. That withdrawal was a total of my earnings for the past 2 years. The first one was a balance transfer from a friend of mine who bough my old laptop. eheheh
Anyway, now that I have finally cashed out my balance, proving that Eon is indeed a good vehicle to process our withdrawals, I will work even harder to reach a bigger payout on a monthly basis.
By the way, I checked out your profile and discovered you are from Imus, too. I'm from Imus as well. Have a good one! :)

I am very much satisfied with my EON card. Like you, I had no problem withdrawing my Paypal funds. My withdrawal usually takes 2 or 3 days and that's actually fast compared to what pinoy bloggers says. I was also nervous at first to withdraw a big amount of money but I received it immediately with no any transaction fee, so yeah, only less than P7k has a withdrawal fee. I am very much satisfied with the EON service and their Cyberaccount is so much helpful when tracking my withdrawals and online purchases.
