today is my birthday, turning gold [50]. honestly, i just feel the same inside as i was 20 years ago, although physically i have really changed [grown older with a balding head, lol!]. i feel great, i feel good, and i look forward for more years to come to see how my children are going to be. They say life begins at 30, but i think there is more to life at 50, lol! what do you think?

thanks! hope to live happier and enjoy the real meaning of life itself. at 50, one gets a clearer picture of what you have done and hope to do, and so far i hope i am on the right track, but surely what would really make me happy is being with my family.

Happy 50th birthday!
Getting old, doesn't mean feeling old also. In fact, even at that age, we can still feel younger by being with younger persons who can make you feel young by their stories of escapades or experiencing them yourself.
You could ask you hubby to go with you discoing too. It's good for the body to dance . You could even go bar hopping with your hubby. Doing those things makes us feel always young.
But be sure though, that you keep yourself well exercised and healthy, to have the stamina of a younger person always. Most of all, keep a happy disposition at all times.

Thanks a bunch! at this age, being young at heart has always been in me especially with my kids as i want to be their friend, a confidante and a father! disco is not good for me as i have two left feet, lol! being online and getting from nice persons like you, makes me feel great, calm and obviously happy! thanks again.

One have not the age is resulting by counting the number of years since birth.
Your age -or mine - is that you feel you have.
Regardless the physical status, the body, one can be young at 75 and another be old at 34.
And balding head is not a sign of age, is fashion 
.
And no, life do not begin at 30. It begins when you understand you are alive, you have one unique life and you have to choose to live it or waste it.

very well said my friend, your words of wisdom seems to inspire me to enjoy my life as i am except for the bald fashion, lol! happy to be alive, hope to enjoy the remaining part, and hopefully to stay long and see my kids grow and have their own families. thanks!
