As I have shared to you guys earlier this week, I was stressed by being back to work. Anyway, thanks so much for all the encouraging words. I was touched by the responses. I value all the people who took time and gave me great advices. Thank you.
While I was feeling stressed the past week,e, but I still maintain being a jolly person. My boy friend only knew that I feel stressed so he talks to me as often as possible. Since I have shared it here, I finally got more advices. I have a roommate, but I didn't have the courage to open up to her fearing that she might not understand me.
I carried the worries and loneliness with me silently. I always have a smiling face whenever I am around them. As I was experiencing this private pain of mine, I was thinking do my colleagues have private pains too. Are they just smiling in front of me too but after work, they also have home worries to think about?
What about you?
Do you have private pains? How do you handle it?
If you are really in trouble, who do you go to ask advice?
Thanks in advence for sharing.

Everybody has got pains. -- A mother has pain that his children are not studying well/not responsible etc.etc.
a lover has pain that his lover is not sweet to him/not caring for him etc.
a business man has pain that the business is not growing/employees are not working well.
A Prime Minister has got pain that the country is not getting automatic progress without his straining for it.
For me now to see I complete interesting responses in good number quickly and easily??

yes. we get diverse topics. -topics posted by a mother, father, son, school girl, college boy like that, that makes it interesting. I come down to their level or rise myself to their level to make it purposeful. have a nice day.

Everyone has something that they keep to themselves only. In my case, my friends always say that I should share more as I am too close, I don't share anything when it comes to feelings. They say that when you are happy you are smiling but when you are not smiling, we don't know what is actually going on in your mind as you never look sad or depressed, just behave awkwardly at times. So, yes I guess everyone has some thing behind the door.

There is always fear in us that we think people might not understand. We carry it thinking it will just pass by. Don't you think its also better to share so people would understand us during those awkward moments. Sharing would also release the tension in us and could make us breath a little. Yes, there is something but ... if its tru private, who could help us?

We ourselves can!
I have been alone for some time now. I did B.tech only because there is this ridiculous tradition in our part of the world that says - if you study, you will become a big name and if you play you will be spoiled. As, it was studying was never my cup of tea, so it was hard for me to get along with my class and after that every one went there own way doing jobs. There again, job is not what I wanted to do ever. Now what do I do!!!? I am a stay at home freelancer. No friends to share, play, go to places to with. In this situation I try to help myself. I talk to myself a lot and to sweet people like you on net. Yoga has helped me in calming down and its' getting smoothly right now.

I have personal pain of my own every now and then but i don't usually share it with anyone. I just keep quiet for days and sometimes i get a bit moody because of it. I am more inclined to give in when asked what's wrong though and that's usually by my husband which is fine cause he's my best friend too. I guess your boyfriend is your best friend too as you let him know what was going on. That's a good thing...take care :)

Thank you so much. You are right, my boyfriend is my best friend too. I have to be honest to him so he'll understand my moods and other weird or awkward moments I have. It's a good thing your husband is always there for you. I do have moods too and I don't like it when I have it, I feel hurting a lot of people. I don't want others to hate me because I am not in the mood for that day. Thank you and have a great day!

Yes i do have private pains and that was three months ago. I was in a terrible pain and i couldn't tell anybody because i was ashamed to admit that i made a big mistake in life. My husband didn't know about it and nobody knew except my online friends. It was easier to tell my online friends because they are far away from me and at that time they were the only people i can talk to every day. But those were my close online friends whom i have helped in the past and whom i trust with my stories.
Mylot was also here waiting for me to type each and every single tears that dropped from my face. That's why i am thankful that i can frankly express myself here although there are things that are better not shared sometimes.
I think everybody has private pains. WE keep a smile to the people around us though we are in a deep pain for several reasons. I did that because i didn't want my family to worry.

Friend I shared everything with my mother because I know my mother is my best friend. No one can help us like mother. I know private or inside pain is so harmful. I hope you will feel better and keep smiling on your face as early as possible. My brother's daughter is also feeling private pain. She is crying continuously.

Hi lea,
I hope you feel better soon.
When I'm at school, I just keep myself happy and smiling around my friends. But deep inside, some pains are killing me. Yes, I do have private pains too and I think everyone of us has.
My mom always said, that always thinking of those problems will just make us more problematic.. Its better to laugh if you have the chance and have fun!

Thanks Eds. That's so nice of you to share. So everyone has something to wear to cover up the private pains. Your mom is right. My mom says the same. We wear masks to protect our emotions. Thanks again! Have a great day!
