Beauty, exterior or interior?

It's true that interior beauty is more important, but if you are not happy with your exterior, you may limit yourself in what you do and not make the most of your abilities. Whether or not others find you attractive is not important. Feeling positive and confident is sure to draw people in no matter how you look!

I think that in romantic relationships, it is mostly the physical attraction that grabs the person's attention at first. After that, if the relationship is successful, the two people get to know each other's personality and heart. In the end, a person's heart is what will win someone over and keep them by your side.

Definitely inner beauty for me, as the book which has the most beautiful cover in the world can have the worst contents. I also have found that when I get to know a person who's beautiful inside yet may be not so good-looking outside, that once I've reached their inner beauty, the outside of them becomes beautiful too.

I would say both inside and outside... Sometimes it doesn't really matter how you look outside but it also reflects what are you inside. As the bible says, Out of the overflow of heart, the mouth speaks!

Well at first we all do look at the physical traits of a person. We can't say he/she is a nice person by just looking at him/her. Then, when we get to know the person that's the time we can say he/ she is nice. I prefer inner beauty, because it can overshadow someones flaw physically if you have a good heart.

When you first meet someone of course the physical attraction is important but does that last forever or keep you caring for that person? No. What matters more in the long run is your heart and your personality.

I want to be a good person on the inside. I have always been told that it does not matter how you look on the outside but how you look on the inside. I want to be a kind and loving person who cares about people and how I treat them. Now looks are good but I would rather not be the most good looking person in a room but be a nice guy.

I feel that exterior beauty tends to attract a person towards another but thereafter it is the inner beauty that keeps them together. Hence, heart always has the final say. Looks seem immaterial after a time.

Hi swats, Offcourse you inner beauty is that matters not the looks.I have seen many people who are beautiful by looks but they behavior makes them bad.It hardly matters how you look because if you are good at heart you will always attract attention of people you will always look beautiful. You can make your looks better by make over but you can't do anything with your behavior it will be exposed anytime if you try to hide it.

It'd be a lie to say that physical beauty is not important, because it is. I think as long as a person presents themselves in the best way they can, they deserve to be loved. But when someone has a serious birth defect and might be very hard to look at, so many other factors come in, because living with that usually changes their personality. Naturally, interior beauty is much more important because there is no such thing a plastic surgery for a bad personality. But there is someone out there for everyone! I'm sure most people have noticed that rude, stuck up people often choose mates with nasty demeanors as well. Of course, once you see someone for who they are and start to love them, you see them as physically beautiful as well.
