Dinking Milk

Since I was a small kid, my parents always make sure that there is always milk for us. They wanted us to have regular milk because it's a healthy drink. They prefer milk rather than chocolate drinks and juices. Until now even if I am fully grown up, I am still drinking milk at least 2 glasses each day (sometimes 5 glasses when I can't help it). It is one of my priorities when shopping for food and I can't live without it. Sometimes my friends even make fun of me because I always look for milk but I ignore them (because it's better looking for milk than beer..hehe). Most of my friends don't like milk and I don't know why. All I know is a glass of milk in the morning and one in the afternoon completes my day.
How about you, how often do you drink milk?

I like milk. My day is never complete without drinking milk. I am not a coffee drinker so I prefer milk or milk chocolate in the morning and evening. Drinking milk has been a habit for my kids. Sometimes, they drink several glasses a day because they like the taste. Though I have known other kids and adults who can't stand the taste of milk. some say milk makes them want to vomit.
Well, my family likes milk and dairy products like cream, cheese, yogurt, etc. Good thing none of my sons are lactose intolerant!

It is good that your kids love drinking milk. There are a lot of kids who does not want milk at all, they just don't understand the benefits of milk at their young age. Also, for some children, they also want to drink milk but the problem is poverty. Their family cannot afford to have milk in their home that's why they introduce coffee to their kids, much cheaper but never the best.

I can't help it. I am a milk addict myself. It is strange, because my family cannot stand milk, mostly because they cannot drink milk without getting sick. I am the complete opposite. I could probably empty a dairy farm if I am not careful. I never understood why they would buy so much of it, if they couldn't drink it. Sad, really, someone could really use it. So, I just help them out pouring out the milk but my stomach instead of the drain. Unchecked, I can go through a gallon easy, which I do. With my family, it takes three people weeks to consume a gallon, and I can do it in minutes. It is refreshing after a day of hard activity. For me, it quenches a thirst, and soothes an aching body, and heals sore muscles (making them grow). I have heard from quite a few people that milk is for kids, and while that may be true, it is still good for adults so that their bones don't get brittle. I recently went to the dentist for a cleaning and checkup and the dentist talked about how much bone density is in my teeth, and how strong they are. My body already produces a lot of calcium, and this milk addiction is not helping things one bit. They're probably stronger than steel at this point. But it also has helped me get stronger. Really strong, actually. You don't see many people drink milk as much. People would joke about my milk consumption. Ok, so walking around drinking an entire gallon is not normal, but I am not a normal person. My addiction has given me brutal strength, and that usually quiets the naysayers. Like they say "Sticks and stones may break my bones---" Oh wait, it's my bones doing the breaking. Oops.

hahaha.. it's your bones doing the breaking.. funny huh..
They say that drinking too much milk is not also good for us that's why they require us to have 2 to 3 glasses each day but since you are addictive to milk just like me, I don't dare care. Actually, I can also empty a gallon in a day..

Milk is a very healthy drink. It is not only good for the children, but also the adults. You have a good habit and you don't have to pay attention to your friends' tease. If you like it, just drink it. I don't drink milk so often. As I prefer to drink something sweet. So I like to drink the flavored milk.
I love China

I like it because it helps me take my pills. I drink a glass in the morning, and a glass at dinner time. I make my kids drink milk for lunch and dinner because I want them to have strong teeth and bones. They can have soda one day a week as a treat, but mostly they have to drink milk. That is how I was brought up drinking lots of healthy milk, we go through nearly a gallon a day.

I love milk, especially on a warm day. Curling up with a good book and a cold glass of milk (either on it's own or occasionally with chocolate powder) is a great way to relax. The problem is though, that milk is fattening, (and skimmed milk is gross) and so I try to limit the amount I drink to no more than a glass a day - if I don't think about it I can happily finish off all the milk in the fridge, and then I get in trouble that no one can have tea!

Me too, I always make sure to have a glass of milk while reading. I tried to add some chocolate at times but pure milk is still the best for me.. :)

college life is super tiring but make it a point to at least have 3 to 5 minutes or less of your time to prepare your milk everyday. This if for your own good and also milk helps a lot specially if we are tired and stress.

Hello! I am a big milk drinker also. It is something I have started drinking more of over the last few years, especially at night. I have been told that milk is a natural sleep inducer and I have noticed that it does help me to relax more and sleep better at night. I have also seen commercials where drinking skim milk helps with weight loss. I drink it for that reason also. I usually have at least two big glasses of milk per night, sometimes three. One with my supper and usually two more before I go to sleep. If I wake up during the night thirsty I might have another glass. :)

Hi, same with me here. While I was growing up, my parents made sure I drink milk at least two times a day. It has become my habit now. I think there's nothing to be ashamed about drinking milk. I know my other friends think too that drinking milk is not cool. But I don't care. I think it's something to be proud of, it's healthy lifestyle!

I love milk too. I drink it just about everyday. It's a lot healthier than drinking sodas and other sugary drinks. Drinking milk also gives you lots of calcium and makes your bones a lot stronger.

Drinking 2 glasses of milk each day is required to prevent osteoporosis when we'll be older.I think you really have an excellent habit.I drink 2 glasses of milk too but I change that when I need to lose weight, but I'm still trying to drink milk as possible.

I grew up with milk everyday. Whenever I and my siblings sat down for a meal is was
followed by a glass of milk, Soda was not heard of. Juice was only served at breakfast in a small juice glass. There was the occasional Lemonade. I still to this
day Love milk, you will always find it in my house. I have never seen so many
children live on Juice, and less love milk.
