creating a fan page

i have a blog on blogger which i want to make popular so i want to create a Facebook fan page for people to follow it and make my blog popular. can anyone help me?

Unfortunately I cannot help too much. =( I would say when you sign up for a new account there is an option somewhere to make it a fan page. I wish I could help more!
