Having back pain is never been easy. It is difficult for you to move and difficult for you to understand the pain. When you sleep at night you should try you best to make the best comfortable position for and a proper posture so that you won't some bad results out from it. If back pain still continue to bother you, try to put warm compress, or even take some pain reliever, But is the pain is continuous then you should see a doctor.

yes. that is all only for old people like me. Youngsters like you should feel more active and not get any pains if you work and keep yourself mobile. of course long term pains should be treated by a doctor. have a good day.

We should keep ourselves mobile and we should avoid laziness.One should always about their disease and that worry itself will make them unhappy and it will result in laziness.So, one should keep himself bsuy by doing something and it should be both physical and mental work.

Hi ravisivan. People experiencing severe pain need to see a doctor for him/her not to worsen the problem. As the saying goes, "Prevention is better than cure."

I have not come experienced this pain but whether the pain will be severe or not, one will not be able to get up and that feeling itself will upset and make one to worry more.Even strain sometime in back will make us to feel the pain an also the worry whether this strain will get cured. So, if you ask a pearson who has experienced this will give us the correct answer.

This kind of pain will really slow you down. I think that you are right. We really need to have proper positioning as we sleep to avoid this from happening. It is not just in our sleep however. As we do work or as we move around, we should observe proper posture as well.

Whatever the position one takes to avoid pain it will not vanish. It will vanish only, when one engages himself and one's mind should be made busy and only then one will forget one's pain and and ones's pain will get relieved.

After a long day of work, I want a restful and peaceful night of sleep. My mother used to have severe back pains and my father had a pinched nerve. So we started doing yoga together. It's made a world of difference in their lives and well for me it's a lot of fun. I've become more flexible and active. The great thing is you can do it in your own home and there's a small learning curve. When I started I couldn't do some of the positions all the way, but even doing what you can helps. And over time it gets easier. Lowers stress too!
