First, I am described by my teachers that I was student with excellent GPA. I am diligent, studious and smart. But I failed many interviews maybe because I am quite nervous. Even when I prepare very much for the interview, the results is "Thank you letter". I just passed 2 companies out of 10 companies I applied for. But the salary is quite low comparing to my friends. Now I feel very sad and little confident in myself. Anyone in similar situation? Please give me the advice

Interviews can make someone very nervous but there are a few things you can do to help yourself out. Do a practice interview with a friend. Have them ask you the kinds of questions are potential interviewer would. Practice a few times until the answers come easily to you. Also you need to change your attitude. You need to go in there thinking that you are the perfect person for this job and that they really need you. Keep telling yourself that as you are on your way there and while you are in the waiting room, of course tell it to yourself quietly in the waiting room.

I can certainly understand how feel. Interviews can certainly be very nerve-racking. I always feel nervous, and so do a lot of people I know. I think that it's quite normal. But you just have to keep believing in yourself, and telling yourself that you did the best you could. Keep encouraging yourself.
As for the salary, I really wouldn't worry about it. Just focus on your job, and do the best you can. It's not really worth comparing it to the salary that your friends have. I'm sure that they'll still be your friends, and would be your friend if the situation was reversed.
Just stay positive. Or at least, as positive as you possibly can.

I found a great test on facebook. A test that would determine if you are a go-getter or not. Take the test and overcome your fears. http://apps.facebook.com/quiz-bank/?c=gogettertest_pluqoc

This is a very serious matter dear. This must be settled at once. Please don't even think that you are no better than them. The truth is: You just have to unleash those skills in you. You yourself is hindering success to come on your way! Please start to feel confident. I had passed through interviews: jobs and scholarships, and there's only one thing in my mind, if it's mine, then i will have to get it!

Interviews can be a very nerve-wracking experience. Your best bet will be to just relax and not think of it as a job interview. Try thinking that you're just there to casually talk about yourself.
As for the salary, don't let it get you down. You're just starting work there so of course you're not going to be making huge money right off. It takes time to get there and if you're a hard worker you can get there faster.
