have anyone heard of Apsense

Apsense is a forum that pays $0.3 per post.is it genuine? Is there another that pays $0.08 and above

It looks fairly new, with about 45-50k visitors a month. Their "How it works" page doesn't give much detail about anything - I assume the $0.3 per 'post' is per article. They're VERY vague about how you earn money and there's NOTHING about the rights you give them to your work - at least, I couldn't find anything much. I'd be wary.
