what are you doing to be fit in this season?

hi friends
Rainy season is started in india. rainy season is a season of deseases......many type of deseases arrives in this season,like diarrhea,cholera,jaundice,fever...viral infection.....and many more.
i woild like to ask you what are you doing in this season to keep fit youself ,suggestions are accepted,so pls write comments.

I get in the habit for a while of exercising everyday and eating right. Buying lots of fruits and vegetables and laying off salt, chips, sweets and sodas and I drink lots of water. Then I find myself right back in the bad habits again.
I catch myself and get back on the track and do well again.
I love to play with balls (toy balls, you know inflated), and so I bounce them on the wall alot or play racquet ball type stuff which is excellent exercise.
I also love to dance, so many times I will turn on some good oldies music and dance until I can't anymore. That is my favorite way to exercise.
I also have a 20 month old grandboy who loves to go outside and walk around the countryside and check out the barn and the horses and all the farm equipment. So we do alot of walking which helps me out also.

Take an umbrella with you whenever you go out. do not get drenched fully in the rain. If at all you get drenched, as soon as you reach home please dry your hair and then change the dress fully. Drink only hot coffee/tea and not cold drinks during rainy season to be on guard. have a nice day.

hi , most of the disease or illness comes from water and this can be avoided by boiling and cooling water.We should keep the room warm and clean .The dust doesnt rise as it does in summer.However as we do not have frequent sunshine we need to see that we are using evrything clean and healthy.
Stop eating outdoor food and try to take food that is warm and cooked just on time.It would be better if we do not take any leftovers.
As we use woolen clothes and blankets to keep us warm ,we should see they are washed and kept clean .
Most of the time the clothes will not dry that easily as it does in the summer , so we should arrange some solution for this.we can not hang clothes in our living areas as they give a wet and dampness.Iron the clothes for school going kids, it would be good and helpful.Heaters very few use .Should check whether the geasers are working in good condition or not.

I just eat food, and make some basic exercise... I'm sorry but I'm not fit, so I don't have any good answer for your question, but I love to answer your question, I am not fat nor thin... and have normal body.

Rain or Shine, Hail or snow.. I'll be hitting the gym 24/7 minus REST DAYS..HAHA

Healthy eating, I drink lots of water and exercise consistently. Rain, shine or thunder my friend as this has been my change in lifestyle now for 3 years. While I cannot prevent the common cold, I do feel good since I have started and have been very fit the whole time.

Hmmmm rainy Wow! I like it but not more rain. Yes friend you are right this season is a season of decease. But I am not doing any special for my body in this season only avoid to eating from hotels.
