is it secure to view all our profile at facebook??

i'm not too interesting with facebook. this social networking which is not too secure for our profile especially when we put our correct name, full address or number phone..or sometimes we see some person which upload their picture at facebook. i think what people seldom doing until now to facebook, not really secure. because a stranger people which " have some interesting" with this site, can stolen our identity and profile to do some criminal. it can be?? or not??
