I don't if we are talking about the same song, but that's the only "The Time" music that I know from Black Eyed Peas. If it is the same one, I think that music was not that recent, I don't know when it was launched, but the first time I listen was in a few months ago. It was a very famous song in my country back then, like most hits of Black Eyed Peas. This song is very catchy and is perfect for dance.
