why you need to convert a image to html file...where you can directly put images taking the help of website builder ..by the way you can do one thing ..you can take help of HTML editor...I do not know it will work or not...I have another solution for you..just go to blogger.com create a blog ...write a post and upload your image...then go to the html view to see the html format for your image ...hope it will help you ..

I just don't need to upload a photo. I need to transform a webpage layout which i have created in photoshop into a runnable html code.

What I do is I do a layout with Photoshop, export it to a high-res JPEG image, import it into Adobe Fireworks, do some tweaking there (Javascript menus, etc) then export it to an HTML file. Really handy application.

I assume you have already a PSD file, you just simply need to export it (Save As..) to a JPEG file as I have mentioned. Then this file you should then import into Fireworks. It is a separate application used mostly for manipulation of images into working websites without you having to code anything.
