what kind of thoughts comes to your mind when you are sitting idle?

I meditate a lot, and this is what we do. We analyze our thoughts. Some things that come up are so silly. Do I really have to think about this now?! But as for me I have anxiety. So my idle thoughts are always silly irrational panicky things. Bills, money, school, work... I worry about everything!
