Pop up advertising !!

Do you know any popup advertising that pays for visitors from all over the world, which also pay and are not a scam. I found one infinty ads but they only pay for USA traffic and please also share your experience with the site and a little information about the site will be also really helpful.

i think you wont find any site (that is not a scam) of that type. Its like those "earn money for surfing" or "earn money viewing videos". Those types of sites are always scams, because they are too good to be real.
