It Feels So Good To Be "In Love" !!!

It feels so good to be in love! I am so happy and excited and... IN LOVE! :D It really feels good to know that you are really "in love" and that it's not just "puppy love" or infatuation. Me and my fiance have been together almost 2 years now, and have been living together for over a year. I know that is not a super long time, but it's long enough to know we are most definitely IN LOVE! You see, we are well past the "honeymoon phase", or the "infatuation stage"... you know, those first 2 to 6 months or so of the relationship where you're crazy about each other and you are just all over the place! LOL Living together for over a year, we've had our share of arguments... and we've definitely seen more than one side of each other! Yet, we have become very comfortable around each other, we can share anything and everything with each other, and we feel safe with each other. We hide nothing. Not our bodies, no secrets, etc... We know each others deepest secrets, embarrassing moments, and imperfections. After all this time, we are still in love. Sure, it's not like it was in the beginning. In the beginning it was so amazing because neither of us had been in many good relationships, and we were both virgins... we spent all day and night cuddling and talking. It was very new and exciting. Now, things have calmed down quite a bit. We don't constantly hold hands, or cuddle... we do our separate things, etc... but we are still IN LOVE!!! ... and every night when we lay down together, we know... we're really and truly in love. It's real. Are you in love? Have you been in love? Are you waiting for love? How does/did it feel to you? :-)

Yes my boyfriend and I are in love and we have been together now for 7 years. We do live together for the last 6 years and are very committed to one another. Though we are not engaged and or speak of marriage all is wonderful on our end and want to keep it this way. Best wishes to you and your fiancee

Hi hardworkinggurl, That's great! I am so happy for you! :-) That is quite a long time to have been together. :D It's great that you two are committed to one another. Sometimes, I feel as though marriage is only a piece of paper. You know? You don't have to get married to be with someone for the rest of your life. Getting married is just a nice celebration of love, and it symbolizes you spending the rest of your lives together... but it's not absolutely necessary. :-)

Good for you. It's nice to know that you are so in love and you have that kind of relationship that some couples do not have, even married couples at that. I have been married for 7 years and hubby and I have been together for a total of 12 years. We have two daughters and of course, we also are past the honeymoon phase. But I think it is still important to keep the fire burning, so to speak. Every now and then, a couple should do things to keep their love alive. As for my marriage, even now that we have kids, we make it a point to dine out together, just the two of us, at least once a week. We also make it a point to talk before we go to sleep, just to see how our days went. Our bond is also made stronger by our children and we see to it that we go out with the kids. Your relationship with your partner is relatively a young one. You still have lots of years ahead. There will definitely times that your relationship will be tested. All relationships undergo challenges and if your relationship has a strong foundation, you are likely to survive whatever challenges that may come your way. So, it's good that you are in love. But you also have to have trust, respect and communication in your relationship. I wish you and your partner well.

Hi rakittera, Thanks for responding! :-) Wow, it sounds like your and your husband have a great relationship, and you are going to last a very long time! I am happy for you. Yes, our relationship is very young and we have many years ahead. We have had many ups and downs already, but we know that we both love each other. We know we can work through anything together. Trust is a very, very important thing to have in a relationship. If you don't have trust, you won't last long. Me and my fiance trust each other, respect each other, and have excellent communication. I can honestly say, I see us being together for quite a long time. Hopefully for the rest of our lives.

That's great to hear Angelee! I'm very happy that your feeling happy and secure in your relationship. I think love and money make the world go round. I would be nothing if i didn't have passion for anything. A world without love to me is a world without happiness and sometimes i let my heart rule over my head maybe it has something to do with the honeymoon period as you reffer to in your post... but it feel like instinct. I have been past that time and still had strong feelings for my partner. It is the best feeling in the world enjoy it, embrace it and hold on to it.

I am not in love now, but I was not too long ago. Honestly, it was addicting and the best feeling I've ever felt. I have manic depression, and for the two years I was with my boyfriend I was able to get off of my medication and live life as someone who didn't have depression. He eventually revealed to me that it was all a lie and walked out, so be careful! Enjoy being in love but keep in mind that people can lie, don't let yourself get hurt :)

It feels so good to be In Love.. here says " Don't find Love let Love find you" wow that's the wonderful feelings, you see all things in good perspective, your Life is full of colors and inspiration.at our early age do some crazy things crush, puppy love..Finally God made someone to us, who will be our Real and True Love,the Love brings true joy in our heart.
