I am going to bed happily with out anything in my mind to feel sad/bad.Because if we fell anything sad before going to bed we may not get sleep and that will affect your work the next day for sure. Just I pray to GOD aroejcrnd will try to sleep without thinking anything. Many will start thinking what will happen the next day or what boss will ask or what should I do in the project or how should I propose her etc things ehich makes you think more while you sleep and that makes you depress yourself. So, sleep sound and wake up early to have a good health first later on we can do anything we want in your job or life.. All the best and have a happy life ahead to you ALL..!

Thank you. I wish the same for you too. I usually go to bed sad because my daughter keeps my nerves torn up. I wish she would treat me with respect.

i understand.I will give a simple suggestion. I don't know the age of your daughter. If she is good enough to understand and think of herself what you say.. Do like this..take her to a vacation spot which she likes and which is near to you (we have to think the expenses for the vacation too) and she will be happy and she will thank you and even she will share the vacation moments with her friends happily.Otherwise purchase a dress or any thing where she will be happy if you gave her as a gift. Now, she will start showing respect to you and you both can be friends like... How is that..? does that makes any sense...will you think it works out..I think it will definitely dear..Good luck..be happy with your daughter and please don't scold her in any matter infront of others or when she is alone. Take her in your hands and tell her clearly the result of doing it.Try once..It will make her think in depth before doing anything and won't try again...okay..! All the best dear...

yes. Tips for getting good sleep: Avoid coffee from the evenings. Avoid watching horror movies in the night. If possible avoid watching movies in tv in the night. Read books for half an hour. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. Nap to make up for lost sleep. If you need to make up for a few lost hours, opt for a daytime nap rather than sleeping late. Be smart about napping. While taking a nap can be a great way to recharge, especially for older adults, it can make insomnia worse. Fight after–dinner drowsiness. If you find yourself getting sleepy way before your bedtime, get off the couch and do something mildly stimulating to avoid falling asleep, such as washing the dishes, calling a friend, or getting clothes ready for the next day.

hi sweetychandu7, my dear friend, there are so many things in my life at this moment that i just cant go asleep. i am so stressed out and tensed that there are hundreds and hundreds of things that goes on and on in my mind. its so very frustating. i cant help it because my life is at present going through an very tough , difficult and rough phase. i am very sad the whole day also because i think i am not able to fulfill many things which i had thought. now we are having a baby also who is three years of age . she is also a responsibility and she also have her needs which needs to be fulfilled. but i think we are not able to give all. i am so very tensed about the work also. i am not working now . i am totally domesticated, i have given my full time to our daughter as she needs all that. i just dont know, what should i do and what all i can contribute so that i can help financially also . when everything comes on my hubby's shoulder then what all will he see and what all will he takecare of. then the baby also wants her very exclusive time ,, very much undisturbed time with him. she just dont like me at that time, she is very irritated at that time, if she see me coming in between to talk or anything. that time is all hers. she dont want anyone in between.i am very sad now, and everyday i feel that i am more sad. i cant even sleep peoperly. my sleep is all vanished. i sleep for one or one and a half hour in a stretch and then it is all 20 minutes nap, then one hour eyes open, then half an hour nap and two hours open and then it is morning, the day starts with all those frustrations and all. life is a hell.

Oh my GOD. You are in a very sad situation.First I just want to let know what your baby wants i mean what makes her happy. so, try to be like that and make your baby happy. This is the first and foremost thing you have to do. It may take days to know what your baby needs. If you make your baby then you will start feeling that "Oh today my baby is happy as I did that.. etc" So keep doing for a few days and make your baby habituate your feelings. At 3 years age you have to take care. If you think of your husband, he have to think about you, your baby, about the family, about his office works, about him and family needs. See how much burden he has on his mind. So, please be cool with your husband and support him when he comes after his work from the office. So, he will feel happy forgetting all tensions in his work.As a wife I guess you might know all these things.Any suggestion do let me know and I am here as your dearest friends since 2-3 years we know each other through mylot... Be cool minded of yourself first and try to find what makes your baby happy. Ofcourse I don't want to tell what makes your husband happy as you know very well..! Try to do three main and important things and automatically you will feel good in yourself and yoiu will have good sleep..!

Hi sweety, There is no doubt we cannot go empty minded on bed when go to sleep. Always we think of what are things we achieved today & what not achieved & try to do analysis & make further plans for next day this natural every body do it.Yes it is true by thinking & analyzing the day we stress our mind & unnecessarily delay sleep. But sometimes when i have done all things right in a day there is nothing to think at night so i get full sleep that night & wake up early next day. I always try to leave all the problems of the workplace outside home & problems of home outside the workplace to make my life better at both places.

My husband and i always make it a habit to watch those gag shows or happy shows before we finally go to sleep. We would laugh out loud at jokes and would even laugh more when my husband tickles me. He likes to tickle me, whenever i laugh out loud because he said he enjoys seeing me so happy. At least we go to sleep happy.

Lately I've been going to bed angry and stressed out because of my terrible headaches, but not last night! :) I happily didn't get a headache for the first time in two weeks. I think it's a good sign, and hope I don't get the headaches as frequently anymore, less stress is better, it's better for mental health.
