The past few days we all know the China and Philippines had a little misunderstanding and both claiming their possession for Spratlys. But now that China faces another challenge from nature and Some government officials in the Philippines wants to extend a hand to them and forget first these battle for possession. Some don't agree, but for me this is not the time for battle for possession, and this is the time where we all should unite for the benefit of not just one race but of all mankind especially if we all look forward a good future for everyone. Then talk about the possession in a good way thinking if it will be beneficial for every human who are now battling and trying to prevent climate change.

I do agree with you to forget about the conflict first and deal with problems as one nation in this world for the sake of humanity. Even though countries differ very much from each other, we live in the same earth and those living in it are all the same: living humans who share the same primary needs as food, water, shelter and love. And if its a problem where we are not in control like the climate, we stand as one to help each other through the survival instinct of our kind. And for me, being rivals would mean a healthy competition and when one is falling behind due to unforeseen and beyond scope situation, it is always appropriate to provide assistance and make the fight fair and square and doing so makes one become a worthy rival. No thanks, I do believe in Karma how ever. there's no healthy competition when it comes to a very oppressive and powerful china. i guess only Nature can teach them a lesson. for the moment we need to help my people in this country. oh, hell they can have the spratleys for all i care.

I am with you all the way. Extending help to the Chinese people when they need external help will somewhat foster a more solid relationship with them. We must not act compulsively as the future of the youth and the next generations are at stake!

That is what expected from good people, that they even help their rivals and enemies.
True nature of human beings is helping in the time of need.

Yes, i will help my rival when the need calls for it. We have to look at the bigger picture further ahead of us, not be petty over small issues compared to the big ones we may face in the future. I'm not surprised china is not willing to receive help because they are one of the emerging powers, second to the US. UNles china changes its selfish thinking, they will never improve ties with all other countries.
