I am looking for a gaming computer for playing games like Call of duty Black ops, Need for shift, GTA IV. Now my question is which processor and graphics combination is good for playing these games. I am not looking for very high end gaming laptop. My budget is moderate INR 35,000 which is equal to $775. Any advice will be appreciated

there are wide range of Toshiba Satellite series available in the market. Even my friend owns a Toshiba model with a dual core processor not very suitable for games.
If you can say exactly what model, then it will be bit helpful

The best gaming laptops require you to spend a larger amount of money. This happens, obviously, because gaming is demanding. It requires your computer to have a nice graphic processor. Companies like alienware and asus make the most high-end laptops. However they are really expensive too. For the money you are willing to spend I would go for an acer laptop. My sister has one, she got it last year, and it costed her about 700 euros. She can play most games decently, except probably the latest ones. All in all there is nothing like a desktop pc when it comes to gaming ;) Check acer laptops though, and make sure the have a nice graphics processor. A model I'd reccomend for the money you are willing to spend is the "Acer Aspire AS7750G-6444". Check it out, it's about 750 bucks, and it gots a nice gpu. Don't forget to get a cooling pad for your laptop, cause it can get really hot and crashy after a relatively long gaming session. Hope I helped.

Thanks for info. I know Alienware gaming laptops are too expensive. Btw do you think Intel sandy bridge i5 processor and with Intel second generation GMA HD graphics will help in gaming?

Actually i am not really sure about this. I wouldn't wat to give you false information... try searching for any benchmarks around.. it will help you get a better opinion. My sister's pc has an ati display adapter though.. and I know it does a nice job.
