As international salsman.It's very important,no good enlish,no salary.I should talk business with my clients around the world in english.If I can not be able to speak english,then no orders from my clients.no orders,no salary..Although my english is so so ,sometime I can't understand what foreigners say,But now I try my best to learn it well

The English has played a main role here. Today we even start to study English from the kindergarten. And we still have to learn it when we are in the college. The English is an important subject as well as maths and Chinese. If you are good at English, it seems that you will be easier to find a good job after graduation. Yes, English is very important. i always have problem to communicate with other people using English. My listening is very bad, i am hard to understand when listen to the radio. Every time my friend listen radio at car, they would laugh when listen some is funny, but i totally don't what he/she talk about. And sometime, i chatting with my friend at skype. They always misunderstand my meaning because my grammar problem.

English for sure is important in my life. But, it is undoubted that mandarin/chinese language is coming to be second important language in this world. In china, taiwan and some other countries, although they are mastering in the English, but in fact, they still can success in their future life. I went to Taiwan last year, and i found that they are all spoken in mandarin, however, their also can achieve a good result in all the fields, such as electrical, chemical, biological, as well as other services. In my opinion, what language is not an issue, but how well we manage to learn a language is a thing we need to concern.
