I always wondered what's life all about, but it seems I could never find the right answer.A friend of mine once told me that life is about finding the meaning of life.I've spent 26 years of my life ,but still haven't got a clue.Look back times all those dreams I had had drifted away.

I hope you find out some day. I have spent a long time trying to figure it out myself. I think it is about learning how to deal with things and working alot.

I think you should start the God's words and they are scripted in the holy bible. That will make you understand God, human existence and the purpose why God created us. You will know God much more better and you will understand why he created you.
So start by buying the holy bible and make sure you read it on a daily basis. Also attend church. You should be a able to find a bible believing church near you, where the word of God is being taught on a daily basis.

I am not sure any of us ever truly know the meaning of life. There isn't a manual out there to give us the answers. Life is what we make it and what we take from it. We learn and we evolve throughout our whole lives but may never know what life means. Maybe we are not meant to know the answer. Perhaps your friend is right in saying that our lives are about discovering our own meaning. No matter the answer, life is meant to be lived and that is a certainty.

It's preatty complicated isn't? Maybe we are here to learn, to grow but I get the feeling we came here to love. People who doesn't have a cause will soon get depressed, with no feeling of one's life having meaning and all...and those who most have love in their hearts, it could be for people so they volunteer to humanitary causes, animals so they are activsts or the planet and green, they are eco activist hardly have depression and to do something for free to help, with no material gain and better yet being happy I think it shows that that's the meaning of life: to love, when we love someone we help.

The purpose of life is about Love. It is connecting with others on all types of levels and having love for one another. Those who thrive the most in life are those who help others the most. My suggestion is to travel and see as much of the world as you can and meet as many different people as you can, in the end you will be able to say you have lived a great life with many friends and you will have many stories to tell.

Life is about everything. If you're unsure how you would treat your life, it's time to have a self evaluation. In the next 26 years of your life, what would you see yourself from? Have you thought of the different things you can plant today and harvest it in the long run. As early as 26 it's wise to make a choice on what you would like to have for the upcoming years. Don't waste time and regretting the things you should have done by the time that you find yourself looking back in your past years.

Instead of worrying about what life is about, get out and enjoy it. Find what makes you happy and do it! Do not spend your life wishing you were doing something else or living with regrets. Take life by the horns and enjoy the time you have been given here on the earth!

I always wondered that, too, and didn't realize what life meant until I had children. I gradually realized that our lives are meant to enrich others, who then pass along that immaterial wealth to others. When we inspire people through love, service, ideas or any other form of giving we pass along the best of humanity. A smile to a stranger can encourage them to pass on that smile and perhaps a child who would have been screamed at that day will instead receive understanding from a parent who was lifted up by a stranger's kind attitude. That child might share a toy with a neighbor who will not act up that night at home.
It is little things that we pass on in life that add up and make a real difference. Those things snowball and make life better for others.
As parents we influence our children who grow up to influence others. The least little thing we do has repercussions like a pebble thrown into a pool, it's influence spreading endlessly in small and big ways. We do the best we can with what we have and if we do well we live on in the actions of others. We are a success because we've spread goodness and raised children who do the same.
It's difficult to explain, but basically that's what I think life means. Some express it as giving glory to God, others say it is spreading karma but it all means essentially the same, in my opinion.

I suppose the meaning of life is different for different people. For some it's family, for some it's religion, for some it's freedom - the list goes on. I tend not to try to attach a meaning to my own life, as I then can become confused and sometimes depressed. I just take each day as it comes and try to appreciate the things around me which are free, such as nature.

life is about finding your purpose. what makes you happy and how can you make a change for the better in other peoples' lives. each one of us has its own purpose and finding it is a challenge itself.

The purpose of life is the pursuit of happiness. Think about it. Everything you do is so that you will be happy, either immediately or at some point in the future. If you are working hard now, not having a good time, you are doing it to make money which you will enjoy later and be happy. That's why people marry, have children, do whatever they do. The most important motivation in life is happiness, which we strive for always, consciously or sub-consciously.
In actual fact, it is a lot easier to be happy than you think. You just need the right mind set.
