How many times have you traveled by bus, its good if they provide some good luxry and comfort. The frequency of bus service is some times so erratic. After standing for about 20 minutes one can some how hope to get on one. The buses of old cities are so dirty and ill maintained and was full to the capacity. By nature the bus conductor and driver were rude and don't even bother to issue you a ticket, some how they manage to pocket all the amount into their own wallet.

Really i vote for you man, almost every people hate bus travelling including me. while travelling in a bus you dont expect to reach on exact time, people who are in hurry should not board buses than it is better to take a train, travelling by bus is influenced by the traffic and may even cause accidents, and that atmosphere around the bus and that sound all that gives me a vomit feeling, as you said some conductor may be rude to us and dont return the changes back.all this is making me sick of going y bus.

Hi dhawan, I travel frequently by bus since I visit Bangalore often. It takes 8 hours of bus journey to reach from here.I take the day bus run by the state road transportation authorities.I normally take an Ac coach which is very comfortable. They depart and arrive on time almost all the time that I have traveled and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In fact, since I travel frequently, I have come to know most of them and they are really nice, so absolutely no complaints..

I am sure buses are good to travel in place like
Banglore, its good city with all mod
facilities. How do you manage on a routine
day, its fast paced life and bus is too slow in
so much traffic prone roads with so much pollution
i dont think it is good for health. What do you do?

Buses are extremely great quite luxurious here in Singapore.Even if the bus is packed we still have the Air-Conditioner.Its very nice to be in it!And who needs the conductor or ticket issuer when you can have a system called the Ez-Link card? Here in Singapore we just top up our cards using real money and tap our card on the machine when we take the bus.And we can also use coins if our ez-link cards run out :P

I never liked taking buses. Sometimes I'd be waiting in the pouring rain, or in the freezing snow. You never really know when the bus will be coming because usually they are late. So you end up standing outside for 20 minutes just waiting! The people on the bus can be irritating as well.
