honey you are so fat!

Oh no!Before I was married, I had everyone telling me how THIN I was!! I hated it! They would ask my mother if she wasn't giving me enough food and then she would begin her rant about how I was so busy and wouldn't have meals on time ...blah blah! I would just leave the place. A few of my friends jokingly mention that I've gained around my hips after my second child....but it's done in a friendly way and I don't mind. Most of my school friends don't mention it at all since they have a weight problem themselves. I don't mention it to them (why should I when they know it themselves?)...and sometimes even when I am talking about other things...they bring it up themselves. Even then I don't comment on their weight...just not to hurt their feelings. 54 is fat???? I'm more than that and I don't think I am fat!!

Hi Bhaby... Please dont care who is commenting and whats the matter? Better concentrate yourself. In this word, there are some people who are envious enough to others. If u consider them, then your life will be miserable. And you know, a female never accept a beautiful girl as they think as rival. You are beautiful as far i can predict... and my weight is 67 kilo.... but my figure does not tell the same. Take care and Have a nice day.

hi goddess! you do know what we do whenever we encounter "perfect" people on a "perfect" day, right? just leave them be as "perfect". lol i have experienced the same. as back in my teens i really had a very slim figure with big boobs. and now we got... a multi-millionaire body. and still with big boobs. when i was slim, i looked sexy then but sickly and with asthma. i love it better now because i've never been hospitalized for the past 2 years, and no asthma attacks too. people who try to throw insults at other people are just pitiful. they try to rile you up to get a reaction. never stoop down low to thoughtless insults. it doesn't deserve a response. but if ever you need one, just say back nicely and with a smile: "ganyan talaga po pag masasarap ang kinakain". (translated: oh that's how it is when you eat all those delicious food.) and then let her think whatever she wants to out of that. if she gets insulted back, then she deserves it. anyways, busy goddesses have a lot of more important stuff on their hands to be bothered by those remarks. just stay beautiful... even on a "perfect" day. :) :) :)

Hello bhabycatch, Look on the bright side, you can't BEAT me because i weight 85k still. i had three day exercise but it's today that i decided to get rested. i know how insulting it maybe when some one calls you fat, some people are just uneducated. fortunately, i never said that to any one because "RESPECT" should be the right word for it. some might just want to start a conversation but that person choose the wrong topic to begin with

You are worried? I am trying to get down from 81.6 kilos to 79 and I am just under five feet four . Maybe she should have been more tactful. But I guess you cannot expect that from some people. What would upset me is if she had not suggested you both go for a walk or join a dancing class or help each other lose the weight.

yes in reality i sounds as strange situation anyway many people never thinks just about their affairs but they arìe always discussing other or make some gossip about them in reality i never understood things like that but you know i am a male so i think that these kind of things normally affect much more female!!

There are a precious few out there that consider telling a person they are fat a compliment. I witnessed this when my Great Aunt very rarely saw my father, but every time she saw him she would say 'Looking good, Bobby, your putting on some fat I see.' This ended up giving him a complex and he is way too skinny now. He was never obese to begin with! To her saying that he was putting on fat was her way of saying that she thought my mom was a good wife for him and that he must not be so stressed out at work that he wasn't eating right. Maybe this woman did mean it as an insult... but you can turn it around. If she says something like this again say something like 'Thank you! I was getting sick a lot and so I decided to try to maintain a healthier weight'. Something like this acknowledges that maybe you have put on a few pounds, but that you recognize you are healthy and there is nothing wrong with your size.

It's none of their business anyway. There are really people who can't be contented with what they have. Keeping an eye of what they have. But waste time to just give unpleasant comment to others.

hahahah I am facing similar office colleague every day who have nothing but to keep an eye on everyone of us. Look isloooboy Mr. Ahsan stomach is increasing, look isloooboy, Mrs Shahida is wearing very thin cloths, look isloooboy, Mr Anwar gave color to his mustache again etc. You know what, that kind of people have one thing common they lack confidence and try to hide their problems behind these stuff. Its very to easy to make them think the whole day by just making an combined effort. For example, we four colleagues planed to tech him a lesson and decided to say a single word, "Your color is look yellow what happen to you?. We all asked him this question after 15 minutes and when he and the chosen person were sitting alone. In the result he was asking only one question to everyone rest of the day, "is my color look yellow? and everyone who know him very well replied in "yes". So this very useful method can be work on your that friend as well, try it :D cheers

well a lot people have told me i look thin. i just simile and work by their is nobody that is perfect some people like slim people why other like fat people if all girl are slim them who are the guys that like fat girls going to marry. it only when people are jealous of you that is when they try to make a useless comment about how you look

God I hate tactless people...I would have decked her! :)) Last time I gained weight, a friend told me my boobs looked bigger. I guess that's her polite way of telling me I look heavier? lol:) I can take that from a friend though, but an acquaintance? No, it's kinda rude.

I know how you feel. When I was younger, my mom and I went to a department store looking for a bathing suit. The sales clerk there said that I was too fat for the clothes they had in that store, in front of everyone else! That was the most humiliating scenario in my life! My mom just brushed it off and told her at least we didn't go hungry. I was young then and I could still remember that scenario. I do agree it's difficult to find dresses and clothes when we're bigger than usual. I still have problems with those these days but it's quite different because at least now-a-days I could afford to buy my outfits custom-made. Further, I have lost weight but not that much, I could just say I was thinner than who I was in my school days, which is great. But still, I don't think people should humiliate us like that. They don't have the right because it's not like we're not trying to get it off. But I guess there are just some people who can't keep their opinions to themselves. These days though, when someone tells me I'm fat, I'd say "at least I'm not ugly." hahahahahahha I always find them dumbfounded. Have a great MyLot experience today!

I actually think it is sort-of funny, because after my oldest daughter I lost a bunch of weight, and everybody had a ton of things to say about that. My husband at the time used to tease me about having a large bottom just to make me laugh, because everybody else was saying that I was too skinny. I never lost all my "baby weight" after I had my little one, and nobody has said a word about it. I guess that I must be one of those people that looks better with a little extra weight than being too skinny.

Hmn fat some time fat person is not looking good but some no effect on their smartness. But really I hate this why people not think for themselves why they are interested to others. Dont worry my friend leave it and be happy.

I happen to come from Africa and we see a person that is fat as someone who is living very comfortable, rich, happy and things are working fine. I am rather surprised that in your culture or society you people see it differently. In Nigeria, for example, many men go for fat lady since they hold the opinion that fatness means that the person has a good health. Therefore, fatness is not an insult in my own culture but it symbolises prosperity and good living in a person.

Not really. Don't mind him at all. Just smile because you are prettier that her, I'm sure.Maybe, she is just insecure and just putting down your self esteem. You know yourself very well.

Hey fat, hey fat, hey fat. So what? You fatso! So why do you take it as an insult if you're really fat? Why don't you take it as a way to change your lifestyle? I'm not mean! Maybe it's true. You're just taking it wrong. When you're old friend ask you that you're fat, why not tell her/him this.... Yeah I've been gaining weight lately, can you give me some advice to reduce some weight? Then maybe she/he maybe will be sympathetic. Gossiper you say! Pfffft! This guy, as his/her reputation says he/she is won't be believable when you show up as skinny,sexy and healthy the next time you show up!
