do u complete your work on time

hi friends, do u fallow ur time table or do u complete your work on time?
personally i make time table everyday but make it complete 1/10 times what's about u?

I would really love to be able to do things/work on time but I can't. I am a bit too lazy and have the habit of rushing it at the very last moment. I know that's not a goo thing but I don't it has been a habit of mine 
and yes because of which I have been in problem a lot of times.
