Well personally im still supporting Manchester United , well most of the reason because Sir Alex ferguson is stil in the team which i think the new member can also boost up the team performance in next season. Moreover, they already had a very mature and stable team, which would be one of the advantages for Manchester United
However, i think Liverpool will become a very big compatible opponent, they gain much more confident after the legendary "king" came back to save them , Chelsea now sign the young coach , which i think they probably need some time to fit , For my opinion Chelsea would be much compatible after few match with the new coach , perhaps few match before the half season break or after the half season break. Beside i think Arsenal would come much difficult to fit in First Four since they may have some change in the squad and the young player seems to have weak minded when come to much stressful situation.
Well , this is just my personal opinion. Please Share you opinion with me :)

I am an Arsenal fan, but i expect it to be between United and City this year.
Manchester City finished strongly towards the end of season, a may well continue it this year. They are starting to look the team that their fans and Abu Dhabi owners are dreaming them to be. They're playing in the Champions League this season, and will attract even more A+ talent.
Chelsea have a new coach and is expected to rebuild this season, so it's difficult to judge them this early, maybe after the transfer window.
Tottenham and Liverpool looking at them right now, you would say not yet, just top four contenders as before and that's it.
I'd put my money on City this year.

The usual suspects will be there as well.
Man Utd - The only weak link in the team is the goalkeeper department. Van De Sar rescued many points for Utd which should have been lost. With his retirement, unless the replacement can start performing immediately, Man Utd will drop many points.
Chelsea - Ego will be the downfall of the team. Chelsea had long been build around the core team of Cech, Terry, Lampard and Drogba. People know how influential they are in the dressing room. With the appointment of Andre Villas-Boas, the coach is of the same age or slightly older than them. Are they willing to take instructions from the new coach? It is everybody's guess.
Man City - The richest club in the world has been building the team with superstars. They are looking better as time passes. If Mancini drop his defensive mentality, the Citizens are good for the title next season.
Arsenal - Always the co and never the main actor. The Gunners is weak mentality and have a defense that is always capable of creating a schoolboy error. The other main factor is Fabregas. Sure he is one of the best player in his position but the Barcelona tapping has its effect on him. He does not seem to be interested and his head dropped far too often. This is definitely no no especially from a captain. Unless they sell him and buy a few solid defenders, it will be another season of great entertainment with end results.
Liverpool - Kenny Dalglish appointment had galvanised the team. But there is only that much KD can do. Liverpool is in need of revamping their squad had seem to be doing just that in the close season. Lets see who they signed first.
Tottenham - A top four contender but still some way off to be a serious fight for the title. Much will depend on keeping their star players. Losing either Modric or Bale, or both will be a fatal blow to them.

Change may be good for some and may not be good for others. The best way to go about it is to stick to the same winning combination and thats the way Manchester United will go ahead and be crowned Champions of England for the 20th time. They have the guys and most importantly they have Skir Alex Ferguson.
To me I see Chelsea and Arsenal giving Manchester United a run for their money but it will not be eay work. The same momentum has to be there throughout the season. Lets wait and hope for an exciting season of English football..

Chelsea has made a great signing with Andre Villas-Boas, the youngest coach who has ever won a European trophy. If he will manage to get well with the leading players of Chelsea(who are maybe older than him) then Chelsea will have great chances to win the EPL and will have strong word in the UEFA Champions League as well.

exactly..with king in the team and the signings they are making, liverpool is the team to watch out for next season. with gerrard back from injury, suarez, kuyt et al, and their renewed hunger for success, i go for liverpool winning the title this coming season.
