virus on my email account.

A virus is sending my document file to my friend email address using my email account. pls how can i stop it..

Sending your document that is located on your computer? Run virus scan, uninstall fishy thingy that you ever got (usually it's "free emoticon", and change your password immediately.

Just change your password. I think you should delete the document file as well. Also have anti-virus scanner as well.

It is not a virus. You must have typed your email account and password in a forged email site. To stop this simple just change your password. If the emailing to your friend still persist.... Good luck
