Can someone not get virus downloading form this site

i often go to download.com to download. i hope i will not get virus on my system by using this site to download.

Download.com is usually a reliable site. I believe that they virus check everything they host. That does not mean, of course, that some things may not be unsafe in other ways.
You should certainly avoid downloading anything from peer-to-peer networks.

I cannot guarantee you safety in the internet,Viruses come in all sorts of forms and names making them hard to identify in any site,however,download.com is no exception.Make sure your PC has enough protection to filter any virus and that you have the latest version of your web browser.

I do use download.com for a great many downloads, I am very confident with the site that all will be fine. They do check all before hosting so that make me really safe with the site. Though this is the internet so one cannot be 100% sure. I will however, always trust downloads.com as to date I have never had any issues. Make sure you have a virus protector on your system.
