how long are you on face book?

do you just get on say hi and read your mail? or do you get sucked into the games that are a waste of time? were you do the same thing every day. cut trees plant vegies and harvest? build buildings and so on?
i try my best on to play the games but i get invites or requests and i start sending stuff then i'm sucked in i have to play. its a must. then i do other stuff while waiting for more energy. what a waste of time! like right now its on another page so i can play when im done with this. i wish i didn't get sucked in. if i block it i can always just unblock it. what are some good things you guys do to keep occupied and not get sucked in? what are some good games you guys play?

hello rachaelle, i've been using facebook for a quite long time already. i use to open my account every time i was in front of the computer. i used to play farmville and farmtown at fb. but as of now , very seldom i play games at facebook. i prefer to read the posting of all my fb friends, watching videos, see the photos, uploading photos as well and most especially chatting with friends. i dont know what happenned to all my plants and trees in my farm lol!

i know what you mean i haven't been on farmtown in maybe a year. i had lemmon trees covering the whole thing no idea what happened to the animals i had on it. might be fun to to take a look :) im sucked in to ravenwood fair or something like that but its getting old like all the other games.

I am on Facebook for far too much of my day, I am sad to have to admit. I log on in the morning, and if I don't have any other plans for the day I will actually spend the majority of the time online seeing what all of my friends are up to. Then, I will start to play on some of the games which just means that I spend even more time on there than I had originally planned to. It's bad, because I am trying to lose weight at the moment and the more time I spend on Facebook, the less time I have to cook healthy meals and exercise. So I really need to decrease the amount of time that I spend online, and spend more time exercising and continuing with my weight loss efforts.

i hear you. i need to lose 10 lb. and play with my kids but there infront of the tv im on here or face book. untill we go to the park at 7 when its cool.

Recently I'm not that active in Facebook anymore. I just log in for 5 minutes to check any messages. If there's no messages at all then I'll just close it. Before I spent around 5 hours everyday on Facebook but not now.

I used to get sucked in daily by the games and messages from friends etc, but now I stay away and only check in once in awhile.... I ignore all requests... It cossumed my life and I had to get away... I would rather now, not let everybody knows my business. I would rather spend my time here on mylot instead.

I just look at my wall if I have notifications and the like.. or if I greet someone, and like some pages. I don't really send that much time on facebook ,it just keeps me updates on my relatives and family..

Hi Rachaelle, I have been with FB for last 2 years and i found it more interesting at the start. Later i found it so boring and a real waste of time. Too much of spams I thought i can stop spending time over there.

I used to be addicted on facebook, my favorite game is cafe world. But now I just open it from time to time to check on my mail or some updates from my friends and that's it. Maybe I got bored about it and realized that I'm just wasting my time when I found out about this site, mylot.
Being in this site really enjoys me because its a very interactive site and you can meet nice people from different part of the world. You can get sound advice and do the same. Besides earning money while enjoying, I really really love to be on this site. It's like a home away from home with so many nice people who are willing to share their thoughts, insights and advice at any given time

I joined Facebook for almost two years already.Before I used to consume a lot of time playing Farm town and farm ville but I realized that I am just wasting my time and it become boring to me so I stop it.I also played ninja saga in Facebook but same story in became boring to me.At this time I only opened my Facebook account if I want to send some messages to my friends and to have update on some activities.I also open my Facebook account if I want to see pictures and to follow my favorite teams and tournaments.

Hmm I dont use facebook at all. I thing you need like 30 friends to like facebook... but why gaming on facebook?

I've been with facebook since 2009 and it's really enjoying to use a social network site to keep updated with your friends' or relatives' lives. It's also quite interesting that you've been learning from this site everyday. There are lot of different views and knowledge sharing with facebook. I also love the applications and games that can ease your time while being stressed at work. It's been 2 years now since I've opened my account with Facebook.

I go on for a couple minutes a day usually. I stay offline on facebook chat because people just never know when to stop and I hate talking to a bunch of people at the same time on facebook so I just don't talk anyone through it. I don't play those games on facebook because I figure I'll waste too much time.
