Healthy living and eating are things we all should do, but unfortubately often it is not the case that we do so. I havew been pleased with myself for going to the gym and doing ther 'rowing machine challenge', which is to row 1,000 metres in the quickesttime possible. I so far have managed tp do this in 4 mins 46. Aparently andthing under 5 mins is good. My first time was %.05, so have improved somewhat since then. I am finding it difficult however to shave anything further off my time than that. Although I am attending the gym and walknig groups, I have been putting on some weight r3ecently and someone noticed this today, which upset me :( another person however said I could do to pjut some weight on as I am skin and bone. I said she wasn't far from it herself, but she wouldn't accept that.

i think healthy food is the essence of healthy living... but in this modern era everyone is quite hectic due to which they donot think about their diet... even a small child also have a bad eating habits.... they will also go for junk food.... so i u wanna to be healthy then stop eating junk food and oily food stuff and go for green vegetables and milk....

I have been doing jogging in the park in the evenings, whenever weather is favorable. That has become my favorite way of keeping healthy. It is very refreshing after a long stressful day at work, mentally and physically too. When the weather is not favorable, I would just do excersize at home.
