virtual dj

i have been trying to instal Virtual Dj in my laptop but all i get is invalid skin run time error message. i have tried everything including uninstalling and deleting the folder, running it as administrator, installing in different user etc . nothing seems to work.
my computer specs are- core i3, 2gb, 320, windows 7 64 bit.
any ideas out there???
