Next Stop: SINGAPORE!

Hi! I think that's a good way to reward yourself. I actually want to do that, too if money permits.^^ We went to Singapore just this May and even though I went to a lot of hassle renewing my passport and everything, it was all worth it. Singapore is a nice place. The place is very organized, well-disciplined and very clean. The MRT and buses are very accessible. There are lots of malls for those who love shopping and mall-hopping. For those who love nature, Sentosa is a great place to visit. We went there during our last day and it was really nice. We rode the cable car and the Sky Tiger and it was really a lot of fun! I wanted to ride the Observer (a giant ferris wheel) but we did not have time for it and it was kinda expensive. The Chinatown was great, not only because of the cheap souvenir stuff but the temple was amazing! We really had a lot of fun there. It would have been better if we got to explore it more.

I also make the point of traveling overseas once every year. This year I took my 4 year old disabled son and my 2 year old daughter to Colombia. Last year we traveled to Vancouver and the year before with my son I went to Cape Town. In my younger days I visited Singapore three times. I love it there because it has a picturesque harbor, superb shopping, a man made beach and a national park with monkeys. I hope that you will have a fantastic time in amazing Singapore where it stays hot all year round.

I have been to Singapore a few times. Singapore is certainly a very beautiful city, one of the business hubs of the Southeast Asia region. Many beautiful places to see too, parks, shopping malls, modern business centres, and more. Orchid Road is one of the business cores of the city. Have a nice trip !
