It is not easy to be myself.
When you are single, you gotta listen/obey/ take consideration to your parents and siblings and when you are married also the same but only different people i,e your spouse, spouse parents so on and so forth.
I only be myself is when I' in the toilet or bath!

There are always various roles one has to play in life. These are integral part of our existence. One needs to try to enjoy these roles.

Hi sherlychin,
Yeah, I can relate, I guess were on the same boat here...it's really hard to deal with those people especially with in-laws. I've already experience that because my family lives with my mother-in-law, yeah in one roof. Just when you tried your best to please them and maintain a harmonious relationship with them, with one simple mistake then it'll all come tumbling down...all of it, all of your good deeds will be erased and it's as if you're the most bad person on earth

What I can tell you my friend is to be yourself all the time if possible. In the process, you have to be considerate of others. You shouldn't think that way 'cause if you will have that kind of thinking for the rest of your life, you would find it hard to be yourself and might lose yourself totally in the process. Being honest to yourself and doing what you like best is the most important thing. Being your real self is a key to your happiness. Don't blame it on others most of the time okay. Do something about it. If you want to be independent then plan your next steps and do it right. Act on it. There's no point in complaining if you don't do anything to change it. Good luck!
