Moon controls our Mind

Friends, over the years, there have been many scientific reports on the effect of the moon on human behavior. These reports analyzed the connection of heightened mind activity and higher levels of physical and mental distress with the different phases of moon. This is an established fact that, "the frequencies emanating from the Moon affect the frequencies of the mental body, i.e. mind of human beings. By 'mind' i mean our feelings, emotions and desires. According to Vedic Astrology, the Sun is depicted as the Soul of the universe representing the life-force on the earth and hence regarded as the ‘soul’ which we call, ‘Atma’ of all beings. On the other hand the Moon's fluctuating nature impacts your every thought. The movements of the Moon determine our moods and abilities of our mind each day and even throughout the day. When we become aware of these movements, we can work with the fluctuating influences to our favor and benefit. To accomplish this, we must be aware of the Moon's different phase energies available to us. We eastern, Vedic, astrologers cast a chart, based upon date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, the Moon in your Birth Chart determines of the stability of your Mind; depending on the Moon phases. I just wanted to tell you. Do you ever feel mood swings with phases of moon? On some days, you feel fresh, energized but on some days, stressed, depressed? Please respond and share your views. Thanks in advance. Professor ‘*Bhuwan*’. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

Not really. It only controls your mind if you let it. I don't let the moon or anyone determine how I think or how I feel. I think or feel the way I do of my own free will. If the moon controlled our minds, a lot of us would be in major trouble. The whole world would be in worse shape than it is as we speak.

My faith says, where you allow or not, the moon controls you as it controls the tides in oceans, the menstural cycle in women.. Thanks for sharing God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

That does sound pretty interesting actually. Now that I think about it, I'm usually more aware at night. I tend to notice everything about me, and I'm more calm. But then again this could just be a placebo. It could just be a trick that makes me think that way. I really don't think this is an established fact, though. Actually I completely doubt it. Maybe the quietness of the night combined with the incandescence of the moon causes peacefulness and heightened mind activity, but I don't think it's fact.

Dear Professor. It was very interesting to read the posting about the influence of the moon on the mind of human beings. I do believe in Vedic Astrology. The moon in the Vedic birth chart represents the mind, and its postion from the lagna would define the mood and the mentality. I was very much impressed with the readings and predictions of birth chart based on Vedic astrology. Thank you !

well not every day a person will feel depressed or stressed, energized or fresh this i believe is a human nature which does not have anything to do with moon. i don't believe the moon have any effect on human behavior will are our born to have different way of during thing a person who work so hard during the day. there is no way he/she will wake up form sleep and will not feel stressed because of that he/she has done. this does not have any thing to do with moon.

correction to the heading . . . . .moon cannot controls the mind. . .it only effects the mind. . . . as we know tides are due to the moons effect...in that way moon can effect a content called 'plasma' which presents in human body...this is the basis on which astrology was born,

Dear Professor As always very informative for us and I am very appreciative with your discussions. Yes I have heard a little about this and though I really never researched it am one who can say at times when so many are in bad moods that it must be related to a full moon. I have also heard from beauticians that one should not cut their hair on full moon days as this will prevent the hair from growing. I must admit I have not followed a lot of the queries related to the mood as I do try to be as positive in life as I can.

Dear gurl I don't want to make my comment lenghty, infact we don't shave, cut hair, nails on certain days, we don't eat certain vegge on specific days, one can see 'what not to eat'; on which days ,'not to make love with your spouse' etc in our almanac.. Thanks for sharing your views God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

Nurses notice more ER agitation. Although studies show there is no increased activity in the ER, Those studies are only based on traffic. The nurses are talking about heightened activity level, not increased traffic. On the other hand I've never noticed a correlation. I have noticed changes upon moon rise and moon set.

Oh is that ture professor. I sometimes have mood swings too, but i don't think of them as related to the moon. Maybe i should try to notice and look at the calendar. Should it be a full moon ?
