Every woman wants to look beautiful

Virtues is more important, then intelligence, then we can move on to other things. Looks is not important at all.

How do you know so much about women? You must have had many girlfriends.. Ok..seriously, sense of humor, good singing abilities. Only two qualifications. :) Sense of humor indicates that the person is intelligent, and singing abilities indicate that the person is intelligent.

Well I am a woman and for me intelligence is the most important. Beauty is only skin deep and only in the eye of the beholder. I get quite angry when I see women talked about as though they are only a shell with nothing inside. They never say what an intelligent women. Every time a woman is talked about it is about how pretty or ugly she is, never about what a great musician or scientist she is. Our culture has made women believe in the beauty myth and too many of them have bought it and keep the cosmetics industry rich and themselves insecure. A perfect example what the horrific way the media all talked about the bride's sister at the recent royal wedding. It made all the men sound like a bunch of vultures just waiting to pounce. I do not care if I look pretty or not, I do not spend time gazing in the mirror. I do not judge men by their appearance. I only ever see a man by what is inside. I know women who look at male calendars but bodies have never held attraction for me. I only know a man when I have an intellectual discussion with him and have learned what he is really like.

You right, friend. I notice about that...no women didn't want to be ugly. They always try to buy new women things to make beautiful

Hi anna,how are you and your family? yeah many will give preference to the beauty and most of the woman waste their time in front of the mirror, and they spend much time for grooming themselves, i feel it is also necessary but not that importance for a woman, because woman herself is beautiful the way she looks, everyone will have their own style and natural look. Here in the cities many do that they buy beauty, waste money on many products but if i go to villages i see the real beauty in the people, the smile a pure one, love with the heart, talk with the respect, all will reflect on their face, that is real beauty i feel, they wouldn't apply anything just smile on their face how beautiful they are did you see ever. Yeah ofcourse men will always look only for outside appearance, if anybody looks beautiful then they think they are good. Another one intelligence, virtues and communications skills yeah everyone need this. but woman will give first preference for the appearance only (not only myself but also my home, surroundings keep clean and neat) next is communication, if communication is good and clear then no problems will come, next is intelligence, not all the people are so intelligent (everyone have their own intelligence and thinking power etc.) but in those we can find many are honest and beautiful people. Intelligence would be nice but I wouldn't put it at number one. I prefer a sense of humour and good values (perhaps spiritual). Appearance? Well, that's in the eye of the beholder. I can look at one person and think "What the heck does he/she see in her/him?" I'll call one kid (teenager) cute and my daughters will say "Ew, gross!" I believe that could be coming from their familiarity with the individual's personality. So beauty coming from the inside. However, you said appearance which I assume you mean how well they dress and keep clean. I can't really put a number on the character traits on an individual I would prefer in a partner. Obviously not all people will have all things. To sum it up, I would love to have met and married a man who was just like my dad.

Beauty attracts the eyes, but it's character that captures the heart. Relationships that are built on appearances alone will undoubtedly not last because eventually physical traits change in the passage of time. That said, there is absolutely nothing wrong in the desire to look beautiful, I myself admire beautiful looking women. And yes, the desire to look beautiful is not only true with women but with men as well. Many want to look handsome and good looking. John Keats once said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever"

Hello vijayanths, If every woman wants to look beautiful today, it is you men who are to be blamed for this., because at most of the places, first impression is made by physical beauty of women. If women are beautiful, you men automatically take it granted that she is also the most intelligent and efficient and all best qualities are dumped only in her, and that she is the best. And in pleasing this beautiful women, you ignore so many simple , intelligent graceful women, just because they are not appealing to you men.. But truth never hides, sooner or later you men realize your mistakes and then start looking for real wise women This attitude of men has also forced many women to feel inferior and they have lost their self confidence. OK this was just to take out all my angry on men. In my opinion, every women is born beautiful.It all depends on how much freedom and education she gets from her parents and from this world of men.Still if she is not fortunate to get education, yet she is an excellent housewife, mother and helping human being which again makes her respectful. So I conclude that, women don't have to try to look beautiful, Women are born beautiful.

For me, virtues and communication skills. When a woman communicates well, i think she is intelligent. She should know how to express herself clearly and without conflict. Virtues makes a woman dignified. It gives her an inner beauty that can be seen in her attitudes and behavior. This two combined, makes up a beautiful woman.

You mean beautiful in appearance, having an enviable face, the way they carry themselves with clothes or accessories.There are many things that could make a person look beautiful to others.There are also others who will do anything to look beautiful but sadly had no luck. With regards to preference that you have listed I preferred the person who possess beauty inside and out first before then add the qualities you have listed.

I believe what's important is what's in our hearts. If you are good inside, it will emanate in all your physical aspects, virtues, beliefs and doings.

You are absolutely right, all those qualities are important to everyone. For me I would also have to say that intelegence is one of the most important qualities, followed by self-confidence, communication, inner and outer beauty/apppearance and then finally virtues.

As a woman, of course I also want to look good or beautiful. However, if I were to choose the person to be with for the rest of my life, physical appearance would be the last on my list because I believe that physical beauty fades as we grow older but the wisdom and intelligence will continue to flourish.

This is true every women wants to look so beautiful but friend every men also wants to look handsome. But in my opinion beauty means not only face beauty. Communication skill, appearance, household work these all are necessary in a women. But so sad I have lot of works and due to this work load I cant give much time for my body and I am not ugly nor beautiful. You can see my and my family photo in my profile.

For me, the ranking would be: 1. Virtues 2. Intelligence 3. Communication skills 4. Appearance I do believe that when wanting to know everything or when you are interested to know things about a person, we should look into his/her virtues first, for these will identify his/her character, attitude and perception as a human being. You do not want to make friends with people who have character and attitude problems right? But for people whom you do not want any connection with, let's say, they do not interest you, then it will be appearance as number 1. As all that matters to you is just the admiration that they looked good and not the friendship or relationship that you will soon have.

I do give attention to appearance too. If I am looking for my girl Ialways start by looking their appearance. But I am not to picky on the appearance or the looks. Even a simple and average looking girl would suit me up well. That's my first criteria for finding a woman. Then I look for intelligence. If the girl is so hot and beautiful but really poor on intelligence, I won't continue to be interested in her. It is important for me for a woman to strike a balance of being beautiful and intelligent at the same time. I don't go high on super beautiful or super intelligent woman. Just the average beauty and average brain can easily turn me on.

Most important sure is virtues. If he got Appearance, intelligence and communications skills, but not virtues. This kind of people , i sure wouldn't respect them!! Second is intelligence ,then communication skill and appearance.

of course every woman wants to be beautiful but every woman if different. I want to be beautiful all the time but I have school,work and kids that I have to take care of and that is most important to me. Most times I don't have a lot of time to get all dolled up because school and work and kids is always on my mind. I agree with you intelligence,communication skills, appearance then virtues.
