Should smokers be banned from the workplace?

Smokers are stinky....they always leave to take smoke breaks...and they're stinky. (I used to be one so I can say that.) Are you sick of co-workers constantly leaving to take smoke breaks? Should non-smokers be alloted more breaks to make things fair? What if you are asthmatic and second-hand smoke is a trigger? You can't force a smoker to quit because it's their right to slowly kill themselves, so what could a business owner do about that problem among employees?
