Winter or Summer Christmas?????

Hi
I just wanted to know peoples opinions about which sort of Christmas they prefer?
Summer or Winter
I am from AUstralia so Christmas is always in Summer but where i am Christmas day is never hot!
It makes shopping for presents easier as im not a fan of going out in winter
how does one cope shopping for presents in winter? i would imagine i would do all my shopping online to avoid going out!
Has anyone ever experienced a white christmas?
I think that would be amazing but even in the winter it never snows here
Does anyone wish they had Christmas in Summer?
Curious for opinions

Do you really get cold winters in California I thought it was hot all the time?
Yes its winter here, we get all 4 seasons which i like so by the time winter is over i look forward to summer and vice versa but Autumn is my favourite not too hot not too cold
I have central heating but i am one of those poeople that needs direct heat so basically i freeze all the time, im trying to convince my other half to let me have a heater, im slowly nudging away at him!
Im in bed by 7.30pm with my electric blanket - I prefer to call this hibernation time for me so maybe by the time summer comes ill be 'alive' again!!

ther are so many options in America, or is that just me watching too much American reality TV haha
