Sharing The Lord Jesus To My Friends Is A Very Significant Duty For Me

Sharing not only the goodness and greatness of the Lord Jesus Christ but He, Himself, to my friends and other loved ones seems to be the most significant duty for me. It is not only how He had changed me but he has been changing me still everyday that is necessary for me to share with them. I always pray that God will make a way for my friends to really invite and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior with all their heart and really experience Himself in their life everyday. His lavish love, genuine joy and peace cannot stop me from really sharing Him to them even when they look at me so weird. I want them to experience the real Love, Joy and Peace that no one and nothing in this world can really give. It is very meaningful role to carry on while I am living. I believe that He alone is the very Need of everyone so I always pray for them and trying to really reach them out for this purpose.

Before Jesus ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father He gave the great commission. As a believer we are all His disciples and not exempted from doing the great commission of Christ. It is therefore the duty of every Christian to share Christ to every one.

It's really encouraging to know other believer's passion in sharing the good news to other people. It is a commandment for us all but it really isn't easy given that people may laugh at us and mock us with what we say. It's good Jesus said that all we have to do is share the Good News. And it will be the Holy Spirit's job to convict the person.

Thanks for the encouragement my dear friends. Yes, we will join each other in pursuing the great commission no matter how costly it is for it is the most worthwhile endeavor in our lives and I found it the most meaningful, fulfilling and rewarding employment. Most people do not really care about this issue for some find it so corny, weird to think about this spiritual issues in the physical world. Thus, the need for the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit to everyone who really has the burden to share Jesus and salvation to all. I had received this thing freely so I give it freely just the same. I am so glad that I have a company for such purpose. I believe that God will bless those who have such burden and trying to really reach out to the lost souls. Heaven surely rejoices for one sinner who repents and get back to the relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

yes, friend. Actually I definitely want to join in the great commission. It is just that I am having a struggle to how to do it every time. For now, I still feel being careful not to be mocked at. I always pray that God will make me wisdom-filled at all times so that I will be ready when time requires me speak. God bless us all who have such burden.

I know exactly what you mean, I am having this same situation with family and friends, I pray that they open their hearts onto the Lord and accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior. I also pray that The Lord would help me to speak the right words to get them to really listen and absorb the good news. I want to do a search on reading materials/Bibles etc. To buy in bulk to pass them on to family friends and anyone because it is so important and many people are so lost and unwilling to listen; maybe some will take the reading material home with them and when alone they will read it.

Thanks for sharing some ideas.. When I have enough money, i will also try buying some. But I am thinking if there is any organization giving tracts for free. it is really a burden to me to share Jesus to my friends and other lovedones. Sometimes, I feel tire and discouraged but you know the urge within me just keeps on empowering me. The problem is it takes me so hard to start speaking about Him especially to those whom I know are really full of philosophy.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean, we have to keep courage and believe the Lord will speak to their hearts, we sow the seed and the Lord will finish; just keep praying, I know I do. I was listening to a sermon, I forget the name, but they were saying that they offer free reading materials. If you go to http://www.oneplace.com there are loads of pastors and sermons/messages to listen to, they are really awesome and you could pass the link to your family and friends. God Bless
